Residence rules and policies: a copy of the ID must be sent via WhatsApp or provided to the staff on-site. Parties or gatherings in the apartment are prohibited. Playing loud music or causing any disturbance to guests or neighbors is prohibited. If quiet hours policy is violated or parties/gatherings occur, management has the right to require guests to vacate the apartment immediately without a refund of the booking value. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. If the no-smoking policy is violated, a fine of 300 Saudi Riyals will be charged. Guests must adhere to the scheduled check-out time. If there is a delay in the check-out time, an additional fee of 50 Saudi Riyals will be charged per hour of delay. No pets are allowed on the property.
