Becoming a host on Bayut Daily Rentals is simple. You can create a listing and start hosting without any upfront listing fees. Bayut may apply a commission on each confirmed booking, depending on the commercial setup. The exact commission structure will be clearly disclosed during the host onboarding process.

Payments for bookings are processed securely through our payment aggregator. Once a guest completes their stay, the payout will be transferred to the host's registered bank account after deducting any applicable platform commission or fees. Hosts must provide valid bank details and IBAN to receive payouts.

Hosts can enable a security deposit for their listing to protect against damages (50% of the booking amount) – Host will be entitled to receive this amount from the guest at the time of check-in. If damage occurs during a stay, the host can submit a claim through the platform with supporting evidence such as:

  • Photos or videos
  • Repair estimates or invoices
  • Incident details

To create a listing, hosts must provide accurate information about their property, including:

  • Valid Ministry of Tourism License
  • Property Details and Description
  • Real and Recent Photos of the Unit
  • Correct Location and Amenities
  • Guest Capacity and House Rules
  • Pricing and Availability

Hosts must also comply with applicable short-term rental regulations for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
