The residency rules and policies require sending a photo of the identity card via WhatsApp or presenting it to the staff on site. Holding parties or gatherings in the apartment is prohibited. Playing music at high volume or causing any disturbance to guests or neighbors is prohibited. If the quiet policy is violated or parties and gatherings are held, the management has the right to require guests to leave the apartment immediately without a refund of the booking value. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violating the non-smoking policy, a fine of 300 Saudi Riyals will be imposed. Guests must adhere to the designated check-out time for the reservation. If there is a delay in the check-out time, additional charges of 50 Saudi Riyals per hour of delay will be imposed. No pets are allowed on the property.
