Accommodation rules and policies: A photo of the ID must be sent via WhatsApp or provided to the staff on-site. Parties or gatherings inside the apartment are prohibited. Playing music at high volume or causing any disturbance to guests or neighbors is prohibited. If the quiet policy is violated or parties/gatherings are held, management reserves the right to require guests to vacate the apartment immediately without a refund of the booking value. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. If the non-smoking policy is violated, a fine of 300 Saudi Riyals will be imposed. Guests must adhere to the designated check-out time for the reservation. If there is a delay in check-out, an additional charge of 50 Saudi Riyals will be applied for each hour of delay. No pets are allowed on the property. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 1:00 PM.
