For the apartment I am offering, it features smart entry and a private parking space, comprising three rooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a laundry room, and a total of three bathrooms including the master; a living room, and a ready-installed kitchen.

- The price is as advertised (73,000 SAR). I have no objection to it being paid in three installments: the first payment of 20,000 SAR upon signing the contract; the second payment of 26,500 SAR after four months from the start date; and the third payment of 26,500 SAR after eight months from the start date.
- If you prefer two payments, a discount of 1,000 SAR applies, making the first payment 36,000 SAR at signing, and the second payment after six months from the start date.
- If you wish to pay in one lump sum at the start of the contract, a discount of 3,000 SAR applies, making the single payment 70,000 SAR.

Other features included with the contract:
There is an independent parking space for the apartment.
- Many landlords charge separate water fees that can reach up to 500 SAR, but the price I offer includes water, and I do not ask you for water charges.
- Many landlords require a deposit of up to 2,000 SAR; I will not require this.
- Most likely, the contract notarization fees at the notary are borne by the tenant; I will cover them for you. This means you will only pay the annual rent.

However, if you would like to insure a microwave or a barbecue in the kitchen, I can insure one or both if requested, and this will be included in the rental contract without any additional fees.
For your information, there are 2 air conditioners in the living room, each with a power of 18, the main bedroom air conditioner is 24, and the two bedrooms 12; I have ensured they are very suitable according to the required specifications.
There is also an independent parking space next to the apartment.
The air conditioners and electrical appliances come with warranties, except in case of misuse.
There is also window coverings (shutters) to provide security and privacy and to block sunlight automatically, and they are also under warranty except in case of misuse.
