The Saudi Real Estate Development Fund deposits SAR 1.074 billion in housing support into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support programme for August 2026, supporting eligible citizens with housing financing and homeownership opportunities.
The payments were provided through the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to strengthen housing support and facilitate homeownership.

According to the fund, the August payments were allocated to cover profits on financing contracts under various housing support programmes. The initiative aims to improve beneficiaries’ access to suitable housing and financing solutions, in line with the objectives of the Housing Programme under Saudi Vision 2030.
With the latest payment, total housing support deposited into beneficiaries’ accounts between January and August 2026 reached SAR 8.628 billion, highlighting the continued role of housing support programmes in helping Saudi families achieve homeownership.
The Real Estate Development Fund also provides a range of digital housing support services through its electronic portal. Its Real Estate Advisor service helps beneficiaries assess available financing and housing support options based on their individual needs.
Established in 1974, the fund has contributed to enabling more than 1.8 million families to obtain their first homes. It has also supported the increase of the homeownership rate among Saudi citizens, which reached 66.24%.
