Visitors: For the security of all guests, visitors must register at the reception. Visiting hours conclude at 11:00 PM unless otherwise registered for an overnight stay. Gatherings: Our apartments are designed for residential living. Private parties and social events are not permitted within the suites to preserve the quiet ambiance of the property. Pet Policy Strictly No Pets: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to accommodate guests with allergies, pets are strictly not allowed within the apartments or anywhere on the hotel premises. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a pristine environment. Care and Maintenance Housekeeping: Daily signature housekeeping is provided. If you have specific timing preferences or require additional linens, please use your in-room tablet or contact the concierge. Apartment Integrity: We take great pride in our bespoke furnishings and high-end appliances. We ask that you treat the apartment with care. Any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in restoration charges. Maintenance: Please report any technical or maintenance issues immediately so our team can resolve them with minimal disruption to your stay. Safety and Wellness Non-Smoking Policy: To maintain the pristine air quality of the hotel, all suites, balconies, and public galleries are strictly non-smoking. This includes tobacco, vaping, and electronic cigarettes. A specialized deep-cleaning fee applies to any violations. Security: Your safety is our priority. Please ensure doors are locked when leaving your suite and utilize the in-room electronic safe for your valuables. Fire Safety: Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan located on the back of your entry door.
